A beautiful set of eight French dining chairs in the Louis XVI style, sourced from Provence, France. Each chair features a hand-crafted frame with an oval-shaped back, hand-painted in a creamy white hue that showcases a naturally aged patina. The chairs have been structurally restored and were previously reupholstered in France with pink plaid fabric, clean-finished with double piping trim. The chairs are supported by elegantly tapered, fluted legs ending in toupie feet, a hallmark of the Louis XVI style. The front legs are adorned with intricately molded rosettes at the corners. These chairs are solid, stable, and exhibit excellent joinery and craftsmanship, embodying the classic Louis XVI profile.
