Scallop shaped shells surround a lovely raised centre condiment well for sauce or lemons, and the plate is glazed in a lovely blue, light blue and sienna mocha glaze.
The scallop wells are arranged on a bed of seaweed, and the plate is marked with the Sarreguemines maker's mark from 1920.
