Following the Art Nouveau come Art Deco influences of Lalique the rounded conical bowl in clear crystal is raised a full inch off the ground by four flanking sea-green and opaline nude nymphs, two either side and crouching with unbound hair. The colored nudes are added to the crystal body using the double injection technique which provides a strong colored support allowing for the illusion of weightlessness (in reality it a substantial ~4.4 kg with ½” walls and up to 2” thick at the hips). Vintage but in excellent condition. Rarely used and stored safely for rmany years. less
