This is a monotype, where color is added in the coloring phase directly on the matrix and with the faded effect, so each work is different, a truly beautiful and rare piece in the field of graphic art. Massimo Petrucci was born in 1951 in Rome where he lives and works. Painter and graphic artist, he began his artistic activity in 1973. He has exhibited in Rome, Paris, London, Tokyo and other parts of the world in galleries, museums and foundations. The Image, the Sign, the Color, happily cross some moments of European Abstractionism, American Abstract Expressionism and ironically American PopArt. The interest and fascination for Pre-Alphabetical "writings" guide the symbolic and imaginative pictorial elegance of a new research present here in intaglio and woodcut works.
