Noted tarnish. Possibly has an applied faux antique type finish done at manufacturing..
There is a red tinge.

Measures:
The arms were fastened more secure with flathead screws.
No damage.
One smaller issue is one arm shifted in position and needs adjustment which involves unscrewing and tightening the arm to balanced it, then it’ll be secured. May need a tiny wedge to be inserted. less
