A large & impressive 19th century French Sevres hand painted porcelain lidded urn vase with gilt bronze mounts. The main body features a lovely dandelion yellow ground enhanced with elaborate gold gilding. Classical scene with figures surrounded by cherubs and a lovely floral bouquet on the other. Each side having a finely cast jovial pan face with a pleasant patina. The removable lid is marked on its underside.

In good original condition showing some typical age-appropriate wear from normal use, there is a slight bend to its base and I place a little piece of felt on that corner to keep it from wiggling
