Born in 1932, Stevan Kissel is a listed, award winning painter born in New York City, New York, who eventually relocated to Loa Angeles, California, where he was active in the Los Angeles Art Association and at the Otis Art Institute.
He won awards for his works at the 43rd and 47th annual California Water Color Society exhibits in the 1960's. He died in 2017.
