- We've rescued and repurposed a vintage piece of hand-painted silk wallpaper and framed them in new solid wood silver gilt … more We've rescued and repurposed a vintage piece of hand-painted silk wallpaper and framed them in new solid wood silver gilt frame moulding from Italy to create an etherial piece of wall art. There's a subtle sheen to the silk, and the greens, blues and pink pop on the monochrome background with the carved frame providing a nice texture to the "floating" imagery.
