The jar has a diamond cut design while the lid has simple straight cuts. It may be the right lid for the jar, but I don’t think it matches and wanted to point that out. Although, the handle is cut in a diamond pattern.

The jar measures not quite 5.00 inches tall to the rim and is 6 3/8 inches tall to the top of the handle. It is 4 7/8 inches across at the rim and the jar is slightly narrower than that. Weight is three pounds, three ounces.

There is a rough spot on the top edge-it doesn’t appear to be damaged or broken, just rough to the touch.

The jar has a couple seams, so it may be presssed crystal, rather than cut. The desgin is softer with no sharp edges.

There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. See less
