Measures 7" tall x 4 5/8" x 4 3/4" square at the base. The thick ring moves freely within its collar. Old pleasing surface. The construction of this piece is reminiscent of the rings along the Seine used to tether boats. Marked on the top with 86 and DC. Good condition. less
