This lamp from the 'Christals' series was designed by John & Sylvia Reid. It is made of a hollow plastic wire covered on the outside with thousands of transparent acrylic glass grains that provide a pleasant and typical mood light.

The pendant lamp is very rare due to its shape. Rotaflex received several design awards for this type of lamp, including the coveted iF Design Award in 1957. In the meantime, they have become a design classic. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
