On 19 September 1880 in Denain, died on
24 September 1960 in Savigny-sur-Orge
Pupil of Leon Bonnat and Jacquet, he was introduced
at the Universal Exposition of Panigi in 1900
with an engraving by Rubens. In 1904 he won
the Prix de Rome (a scholarship) and in 1914
he participated in the Salon das Artistes Francais
