The top opens to reveal a metal lined compartment where large blocks of ice would be placed to cool the unit. The front door has a strong latch and opens to reveal the metal lined refrigerator compartment. It has metal racks inside which are not original but serve their purpose well.

The lower front panel lifts up and is where a drip tray would have been inserted but the drip tray is no longer present.

As you can see this fabulous piece of kitchen appliance history has been well loved and used over the years and has developed a wonderful aged patina. There is wear, dings and imPerfections throughout and it looks like it may have been sitting next to some sort of heating appliance such as a stove which has caused one side to blacken at the top. There is also expected minor corrosion to the metal interior. All of this is shown in the pictures and only adds to its character and charm.

Over all it is in solid, sturdy Condition with minor age appropriate flaws.
