Description: This pillows was a part of what used to be a tradition do have after a wedding , creating a … more This pillows was a part of what used to be a tradition do have after a wedding , creating a globe with the crown of the bride that would be displayed on a lovely pillow like this one , often mid 18 hundreds to late 18 hundreds , they are made out a silk velvet with metallic gold trim ornaments and tassels , it s the case here in lovely rich red .Now people use them as decorative item or to display more precious objects , like crowns , or to display hate pins .The two last pictures show what a wedding globe would look like and one with hate pins display.
