There is no certain date on the painting, probably dating back to the end of the 19th century.

Despite the presence of a signature, the work does not have certificates of attribution. We invite you to carefully observe the excellent pictorial quality of the painting and in particular the scene that exudes popular realism. In the foreground a child makes the first gestures of the morning in his bedroom where you can see a bed still unmade on the back.

The entire scene expresses a melancholic reality. The simplicity of the room and the humble clothes of the child suggest that the artist is attracted by social themes. Sold with a recently made wooden frame
