Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown white, controlled bubbles and gold flecks Italian art glass pedestal compote bowl. Documented to designer Alfredo Barbini for Salviati, circa 1950s. Profusely covered in gold leaf inside and out, and with a martini glass shape. Would make a great display piece on any coffee table. Use it as a catchall, or candy dish. Mid-century era. Measurements: 6 1/2" tall x 6" across.
