What is special about this specimen is the extended crest and the beautiful painting. The cabinet has a gray-white base color alternating with many colorful floral decorations. The crest has a rocaille ornament in the middle. This copy is still in good condition considering its age with minimal signs of wear. The cupboard has a well-functioning lock with key and the almost equally decorative interior is equipped with shelves, drawer and rod. You can easily add more shelves if desired. In the past, it was customary to give bridal furniture like this as a gift to the couple at a wedding. This furniture was subsequently placed on the farm in a stately room that was only rarely used for high-ranking visitors or special occasions. A beautiful and decorative piece of history. This copy comes from southern Germany. 200cm high, 145cm wide, 49cm deep. See less
