Both dressers are solidly built, and all 16 drawers glide smoothly. Cosmetically, there are stains on the dresser tops, some old tape residue, veneer losses, and some chunks missing from the base of one of the dressers. The dressers need a thorough cleaning inside and out, and a coat of teak oil would go a long way to restoring the luster of these vintage dressers. This is your chance to own a very unusual Danish modern teak storage piece. I'm offering it for a great price pre-restoration because it needs a deep cleaning and a lot of work.
The behemoth wall of drawers is actually a stacked set of two 8-drawer dressers designed by Arne Wahl for Vinde Mobelfrabrik. Both dressers are identical models (No. 122), but the top unit had its plinth base removed, so that it could be stacked on top of the other dresser.
The resulting Mega Dresser offers a whopping 16 drawers of storage in a relatively small footprint. This is an ideal storage solution for a home with limited closet space.
You could also choose to use the dressers separately, as the dressers are not attached to each other.
Both dressers have an attribution mark on the back with the circular Vinde Mobelfabrik stamp, along with "Made in Denmark" and the model number "122." The dressers are also stamped "Made in Denmark" underneath.

The stacked unit measures 56" tall, 71.5" wide, and 17.75" deep. When separated, the top unit is 26.25" tall, and the bottom unit is 29.75" tall. less
