A vintage handmade studio pottery ashtray by Aldo Londi for Bitossi. This iconic pattern, affectionately referred to as "Mondrian" by collectors, was used by Londi on a variety of vessels, but it lends itself particularly well to this piece. The vibrant colors of the glaze perfectly compliment the neutral tone of the pottery, and I especially love how the glaze climbs up the curved edges of the ashtray bowl. Signed on the bottom.
