Americaware started as a ceramics importer in the 1980s and moved into the luxury market with designer pieces like this Ann Mallory pattern, destined for high end department stores and boutiques. Like her other designs these bowls are handpainted and they reflect the influence of her time studying in Japan. They are perfect as either display or serving pieces.

Made in the late 1980's as part of her Sumi Line.
