Hand colored copperplate engraving from A History of Earth and Animated Nature by Oliver Goldsmith, Figure 1. Song Thrush, Ring-Ouzel, Blackbird, Wheat-Ear, and Redbreast. Engraved by J Bishop and Drawn by J Stewart Del. The print is in excellent condition with vivid clear colors. The custom wood frame measures 15 1/2" high x 21 1/2" wide x 1 1/2" deep. It is double matted to compliment the artwork and frame. The interior artwork measures 10" x 15 1/2". There is minor wear to the frame and back.
