About the artist:
Anita Klebanoff is an artist's artist. Her skill and proficiency is masterful, whether it is etching a metal plate, carving wood for a wood cut engraving, mixing oils or applying watercolor. There is little that she has not done in a career that has spanned more than 30 years.
She was born in London, and received education as diverse as her talent: The Art School of London for drawing, and painting. Chouinard in Los Angeles for painting. The University of Southern California and University of California at Los Angeles art school for print making. And she attended Santa Reperaba in Florence, Italy for papermaking.
Anita is also an accomplished musician and plays in a local chamber orchestra in her community. less
