His early interest in interiors & form led him to study architeture at the University of Guadalajara, though he would eventually leave to persue fine arts. His work was first shown at the Galeria Misrachi in Mexico City in 1966 and he continues to exhibit his works around the world.



This large hand-painted wall sculpture "Half Moon Face" is signed and editioned 44 of 100, and thought to be from the 1980s. The moon is a soft baby-blue gradient, with rosy cheeks and lips.

It measures roughly 36” tall x 30” wide from widest points.

Good vintage condition with minor chips & marks at far sides and back, not visible when hung. Relative to other Large Half Moons available & recently sold, this one is in excellent condition. less
