A small silver plate gravy or sauce boat with handle. It has three decorative feet like sea shells and the … more A small silver plate gravy or sauce boat with handle. It has three decorative feet like sea shells and the handle is in a C shape with a tail. That handle has a feather like piece that curls on the end. This boat is in very good vintage condition without any dents or dings, one small scratch noted on the handle only. I did remove some of the tarnish but it’s more beautiful left alone.
On the bottom there is engraving showing that it was made in England. Warranted silver soldered and EPNS.
This was most likely from late 1930’s-40’s.
Just a sweet bowl for your sauce or gravy or left alone to sit and admire. less
