All of our rugs are cleaned in a professional rug laundry. The first step in cleaning is to thoroughly beat the rug to remove dust and any mites. The subsequent pre-wash with a PH-neutral soap removes stains. During the main wash, the rug is washed thoroughly and wet by hand - a special soap protects the fibers and preserves the natural wool grease of the carpet.
