The item is an excellent vintage condition with a bit of tarnish due to age. I have chosen to leave it in this condition versus polishing, but if you choose to restore to original condition, it should be very easy to do.
Each arm measures 11 inches tall and 6 inches inches in height with a 1 inch opening for the candle
