It makes a pretty basket for a tall tree or or large plant, while it wouldn’t hold the dirt as it is woven, you could tuck the plastic planter down into it. Vertical reeds run most of the length of the basket with decorative tiny weaving. Around the rim is a brown stained bentwood that has decorative reeds punched through the Bentwood. The bottom is squared while the top is round add a nice detail. Nice coastal flair that brings an element of the natural to your decor.
