Sh: 45 cm. Materials: aluminum, plywood, epoxy resin, and stainless steel. The flare chair is an extremely simplified structure with a base of three puzzle elements assembled without traditional fasteners. The seat and back of this chair appear as part of the structure. These features give this chair a minimalistic construction, look, and lightness. It has a unique shape with two distinctive side panels that represent broken downward-flaring triangles, hence its name. The overall shape of the chair derives from a rhombic cube, the sides of which are mentally divided by two median lines crossing in the middle. They determine the vision of the two side elements as a turning point and a contour, giving the shape dynamics. less
