A rare set of four beech bentwood and cane chairs designed by Josef Hoffmann, dating from the early 20th century. The chairs are in excellent original condition, with remnants of their paper labels still intact. The caned backs and seat pads are in good shape, remaining sound and intact.
with minimal wear consistent with age, they have a warm patina and a lovely appearance reminiscent of the more common Thonet style. Seat height is 47cm. This piece has an attribution mark,
