This Toulouse Lautrec rare vintage 1954 lithograph print collector's French Exhibition poster " At The Moulin Rouge : Le Goulue And Her Sister " 1892, is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The lithograph print exhibition poster is published by The Gallerie Des Ponchettes Ville De Nice, printed in France in 1954 in an unnumbered limited edition on the occasion of the exhibition " Oeuvre Graphique ", of the artworks of the artist Toulouse Lautrec. It features an artwork image originally created by Lautrec in 1892 titled " At The Moulin Rouge : Le Goulue And Her Sister "
Henri De Toulouse Lautrec ( 1864 - 1901 ) the French painter, printmaker, and illustrator who's immersion in the colorful and theatrical life of Paris in The 19th Century, allowed him to produce a collection of enticing, elegant, and provocative images of the Modern sometimes decadent affairs of those times.
The rare out of print lithograph print collector's French exhibition poster measures 20" W X 30" H. It is printed on high quality heavyweight paper stock with a matte finish.
It is in very good vintage condition consistent with age, use, and light signs of handling and wear. It has never been framed. There is some visible light surface, edge, corner wear, and a small crease tear in the left side navy blue area that has been repaired from the reverse back side with transparent archival tape.
