Flowing asymmetrical wide design is centered with a large gammatic crystal stone … more 1950s Weiss gold-plated amber and citrine crystal brooch. Flowing asymmetrical wide design is centered with a large gammatic crystal stone in a deep cognac topaz hue. It is surrounded by a frame of amber baguettes and a profusion of teardrop and round crystals in citrine and topaz hues, with embellishments of tiny emerald crystals and single teardrops in amethyst and sapphire at the ends. The gammatic stone, an asymmetrically reverse-faceted crystal, was a signature of Weiss's high-end creations. The overall effect of the array of carefully modulated colors and cuts surrounding this mesmerizing stone is absolutely riveting.
