This authentic antique print of the West Front of Durham Cathedral was drawn and engraved by Edward Blore (1787–1879), a renowned British artist and architect. Published by Nichol & Son on August 1st, 1823, it originally appeared in "The History and Antiquities of the County Palatine of Durham" (London, 1840).
Framed and ready for display, it measures 18.5" H x 13.25" W. The frame shows light wear consistent with age, but overall the piece is in excellent condition. A stunning piece of British history and art!
