This is a Great Looking and Quite Unusual to Find Original Pair of Authentic Vintage 1930s Figurative Sibling Cast Iron Cat Doorstops. Both are Signed "HUBLEY " on the Underside Interior Castings ( See Listing Photograph ) Confirming that it were Made by The Well Documented HUBLEY MANUFACTURING CO. USA. The "Reclining" Persian Cat is Also Marked with the Documented Hubley Model Number 335 and The "Sitting" Persian Cat Bears the Model Number 302. Both are in Very Good All Original Condition and They Display Particularly Well as a Pair. Both Still Retain the All Original Hubley Foundry Hand Painted Features. The Paint has Some Light Honest Age and Use Related Wear & Lightly Weathered with Some Paint Chips as a Result of Many years of Love. No Damage - No Repairs.
