The body consists of a carved frieze and panelled doors above a beautifully shaped apron. Most notable are the carved door panels and crown molding which are adorned with floral and leaf motifs. Equally, the apron bears a centered carved heart which was not unusual since these types of armoires were generally gifted to newlyweds.

Stunning brass hardware. Original lock and key. Two interior shelves.

A perfect armoire/cabinet for clothing, bed and bath linens or to hide a television in a bedroom.
