Overall very nice original vintage condition. Both chairs are solid, sturdy, and completely functional.
I did not find any cracks, breaks, large gouges or chips to the wood.
The eggshell white upholstery with mossy green buttons are all fairly clean as well. I did not find any large rips, tears, stains, etc... They are a little bit dusty, but nothing unexpected from some true vintage dining chairs. Caning on the chairs is in great condition on both of the chairs, and all of the buttons are in place. Other very very minor wear may have the slightest possibility of being found...
Originally these were captain's chairs to a set of dining chairs, but they work absolutely perfect as accent side chairs. And they are quite comfortable to sit in for extended periods of time.
Chairs measure roughly 27" wide arm to arm, 18" deep, 44.5" tall up the back ....
Arms measure 23.5" tall from the ground.
Seats come in around 18" tall to the top of the cushion.
