Stoutly simple, perfectly proportioned form finished in dazzling elm burl veneer that evokes topographical maps, molten metal, or a Rorschach test writ large. Pentagonal legs provide a svelter profile than the top would ordinarily suggest. Main edges have inset darker wood piping that handsomely highlights the lines. Has “John Widdicomb Co.” metal badge on underside.

Condition:
In extremely good vintage condition, with only typical very light wear to top and some nicks on edges WEAR: Minor wear consistent with age and use less
