Pair of Empire table candlesticks in carved wood, originally gilded in Mecca, Italy, early 19th century. Turned shafts, embellished with Greek carvings and leaf elements. Supported by a trio of feral feet and resting on shaped bases. Small lack on the edge of the saucer of one of the two. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
