Description: This beautiful brass chandelier is a fine reproduction of an 18th century Dutch chandelier circa 1720s. Chandelier features round base with eight scrolling arms with candlesticks. This is an electrified version of the chandelier. Formed by cast brass, extremely heavy, around 40 pounds. Virginia Metalcrafters was a premier brass manufacturer in the state of Virginia, USA. Virginia Metalcrafters made products for Colonial Williamsburg, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Sturbridge Village and other fine museums. Bears the VM marking. I have another one listed if you need two.
Condition Report: Good condition with some wear, scuffs and scratches. I have not tested to see if it works or needs any rewiring. We do not guarantee the working condition of chandeliers.
