This is a one-of-a-kind rotating glass sculpture by San Diego artist, Jacob Barfield. Barfield aims to create new and never before seen art pieces using a variety of original and traditional techniques that stem from many different crafts. Paired with a desire for technical perfection, the artist hopes these creations reflect upon him and his growth as an artist.
With the glass piece mounted on the stand, the entire artwork measures 9.5 x 9.5 x 12.5 inches. The glass prism itself measures 7 x 7 x 5 in (9.5 diagonally) and the spinning base measures 7.6 x 5 x 6.75 in. less
