Excellent, Pendleton Wool Blanket Throw. The deep rich color is a chocolate merlot wine color (apologies in the 3 photographs, shows up as purple) with two rows of black, beige, green and yellow stripes. Signature Pendleton label attached.
The Pendleton name is synonymous with woolen blankets. In 1863, an English weaver Thomas Kay emigrated to the East Coast of America moving to Oregon whereupon he opened his own woolen mill. Today the Pendleton company is in the hands of the 5th generation Kay family and is privately owned.
