Inscribed with artist signature on right side of bronze base:
“2007 c Fort 15/250 Hoya Hey Fine Arts”. Low edition number. Rare find.

Bronze in excellent condition as is swivel mechanism. Wood base in very good condition with minor signs of wear consistent with age. Weighs 10 lbs 1 oz. Please see photos. less
