This is an exquisite piece. The body of the swan is composed of a dense composite with a black lacquer finish, the wings are solid brass etched with feather detailing. The 5/8” thick glass table top has a stepped bevel edge. A remarkable piece made by Maison Jansen (signed on base). A very heavy, solidly made piece. Glass comes off base for easy transportation. Circa 1970’s/1980’s.
