It dates from the late 19th century and was likely converted into a lamp in the mid twentieth century.

It is of extremely fine quality, with beautiful and profuse decorations throughout. It is mounted on a wooden base and has a brass plate at the top, with a bayonet bulb holder. We have paired this with a large and very beautiful vintage silk shade.

The condition is excellent for its age, with just some extremely minor surface wear. This has been re-wired and it is in good working order.
