Linden wood, dark mahogany stained, french polished, faceted … more Rare and exceptional late XIX century Art Nouveau French hand-carved Phoenix mirror. Linden wood, dark mahogany stained, french polished, faceted mirror. The mirror is executed in the style of French cabinet maker Gabriel Viardot, well known for his intricate end elaborate designs. Original condition, mildly cleaned. Light wear consistent to age, some flaking on the mirror surface. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
