A beautiful antique Neyriz rug, handwoven circa 1910 with a Tree of Life design interspersed with stylised birds and animals on an ivory field and indigo border. Fabulous secondary colours and a great example of tribal weaving.
Size: 2.02m x 1.54m (6ft 8in x 5ft 1in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear, slightly heavier in places (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned. less
