It is an original English early 20th century table in a desired Regency form, made of phenomenal RARE Yew Wood, beautiful rich vivid color. Desk is standing on beautifully curved legs connected with a stretcher, that are ending in bronze / brass castor wheels. Table features two working drawers, in addition to two faux drawers on the reverse. It can be used as a sofa table or a home office desk, while each side has a "drop leaf" which extends the table for desired purpose. If used as a breakfast / dining table it could easily sit 4 persons. It is in very good condition, showing light use / age wear - please see photos. Size is great for house or the apartment, when closed it is 39.5" wide, 23" across, and 28" in height, while it is 60" wide overall when fully opened with leaves up. this will be a great quality addition to any serious collection, and a rare jewel in any setting, traditional or vintage mid-century modern! less
