The chair itself functions perfectly, is super comfortable and has mostly minor wear commensurate with its vintage age. There are a couple minors tears. One located on the right armrest, the other at the top of the headrest area. Please refer to the pictures. The left arm rest has a minor repair/patch that the former owner quickly put on. My suggestion would be to find a leather to match that better so it’s less noticeable. Overall in nice vintage condition and up to you if you’d like to reupholster it. less
