It is a quartz movement and has a new battery installed as of this listings. There are two crowns, one is for the time setting the other for the alarm setting, which is the Tiffany Logo on the dial. The watch opens and closes smoothly. The case is a lizard like leather. The face and interior has some wear, please see the detailed photos.
