First introduced in 1958, the ph5 has since become an iconic piece of mid-century modern design. The purpose of the ph5 design was to provide glare-free lighting, achieved by the lampshade with several concentric shades working together to diffuse the light and prevent any harsh glare.

the lamps also feature a curved, trumpet-shaped reflector, which directs light downwards, creating a soft, warm glow. Over the years, louis poulsen has produced the ph5 in various colors, with the most famous being white, and later editions in blue, red, and orange. The presented set is in white and features violet details in the construction.

overall, the lamps are in very good vintage original condition without any significant scratches or dents. They retain the original wiring with a 150 cm cord, which can be adjusted to your needs. The manufacturer’s label is preserved. This piece has an attribution mark,
