This exquisite piece is crafted out of a beautiful 3in solid slab of live edge french walnut, with block legs made of american walnut. Along the cut edge of the slab additional pieces of live edge pieces have been attached using ebony bowties for added contrast and to accentuate the piece. The block legs emerge through the slab to create headrests one could use to lay on comfortably. This piece was inspired by, and is my personal interpretation of the works of the incredible craftsman George Nakashima.
The dimensions of the bench are as follows, length 117 Inches, 26 1/2 Inches at the widest part of the bench and 17 Inches at the narrowest, the seat height is 19 Inches with an added 2 inches for each pillow less
